APPOINTMENTS

We kindly ask that you arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a seamless experience. If you foresee any delays, please contact our salon. Failure to arrive on time or notify us may result in the forfeiture of your appointment.

DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment and signify your commitment to our services at Faces By J, a deposit is required. This deposit acts as an agreement between you and Faces By J, specifying the service you are booking. Deposits vary based on the requested service and will be deducted from your total on your appointment day. Please note that deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly request at least one week's notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a full charge for the appointment or forfeiture of your deposit. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may also lead to these consequences.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT

Please note that refunds are not applicable for client-initiated cancellations. However, in circumstances beyond both the salon's and client's control (e.g., COVID-related lockdowns or restrictions), a credit note will be provided and transferred to another date. Credit notes are valid only for the initially booked service and cannot be used to cover the remaining balance of an appointment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

At Faces By J, we accept cash and bank transfer. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

A 10% surcharge is applicable to all services rendered on public holidays.

MAKEUP SUPPLY

All makeup products are supplied during our services, including a complimentary pair of lashes per person.

MAKEOVER TIMELINE

A Glam Makeup session typically takes one hour. Bridal makeup and trials may extend up to an hour and a half.

PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENT

We kindly ask that clients arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. For optimal results, maintaining a good skincare routine, especially before your wedding day, is advised. If you require recommendations, our team is here to assist you.

PRIVACY POLICY

We prioritise the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations. We only disclose personal information to contractors in line with the purposes outlined in our privacy policy. Your personal details, such as email, phone number, and address, are safeguarded and not shared with third parties without consent. Credit card details are not stored on our servers.
